The webshop is geared towards Austria and the EU. We only deliver to addresses in these countries.
EFFECT OF RETENTION OF TITLE
The customer's order represents an offer. A contract is only concluded after acceptance on our part. An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked with * on the order form have been filled out. If information is missing or if we cannot fulfill the order for other reasons, the customer will receive an error message. Before the final submission of the order, the customer is given the opportunity to correct his order. The customer receives supporting detailed information directly in the course of the ordering process. As soon as the order process has been completed, the customer will be notified of this through an information window “Your order has been completed and has been successfully sent to us”. On our part, this does not yet represent an acceptance of the customer's offer.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT
When we have received the order, the customer will be notified of the receipt of his order via the email address he provided. This communication does not yet represent an acceptance of the customer's offer on our part.
CONTRACT LANGUAGE
The contract languages are German and English.
NO BINDING OFFER
The presentation of the goods in the web shop does not constitute a binding offer in the legal sense. It is merely a request to the customer to make an offer.
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The customer's order represents an offer. A contract is only concluded after acceptance on our part. The customer will be informed of our acceptance by email.
ACCESS TO THE ORDER
The day of receipt of the order will be announced to the customer immediately as part of the confirmation of receipt.
PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
All prices are total prices. Sales tax is not shown because the seller is a small business owner within the meaning of the UStG. Any additional delivery and shipping costs that may arise are specified separately in the respective product description.

DUE DATE / PREPAYMENT
If no other payment method has been agreed, the customer undertakes to pay the purchase price in full when the contract is concluded. The goods will only be delivered after the amount has been received on our bank account.
NON-EXISTING RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
There is no right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal) for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs.
CUSTOMER SERVICE / WARRANTY
Complaints based on statutory warranty claims or other complaints can be made using the contact details given in the imprint.
DELIVERY PERIOD, SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within 15-20 working days after our confirmation of the concluded contract. When paying in advance, the delivery period begins when the amount is received on our bank account. We point out any deviating delivery times on the respective product page.
The delivery of goods takes place on the dispatch route to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive.
If the transport company sends the goods back to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal, if he is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the offered service, unless the seller gave him the opportunity had announced the performance a reasonable time in advance. Pickup is not possible for logistical reasons. Vouchers are given to the customer by email.
REDEMPTION OF PROMOTION VOUCHERS
Vouchers that are issued free of charge by the seller as part of promotions with a certain period of validity and that cannot be purchased by the customer (hereinafter "promotional vouchers") can only be redeemed in the seller's online shop and only within the specified period.
Individual products can be excluded from the voucher campaign, provided that a corresponding restriction results from the content of the campaign voucher.
Promotion vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the order process. Subsequent billing is not possible.
Only one campaign voucher can be redeemed per order.
The value of the goods must be at least equal to the amount of the campaign voucher. Any remaining credit will not be refunded by the seller.
If the value of the campaign voucher is insufficient to cover the order, one of the other payment methods offered by the seller can be selected to settle the difference.
The credit of a campaign voucher is neither paid out in cash nor is interest paid.
The campaign voucher will not be refunded if the customer returns the goods paid for in whole or in part with the campaign voucher within the scope of his statutory right of withdrawal.
The campaign voucher is only intended for use by the person named on it. A transfer of the campaign voucher to third parties is excluded. The seller is entitled, but not obliged, to check the material entitlement of the respective voucher holder.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until full payment. In the event of default in payment by the customer, we are entitled to assert our rights from the retention of title. It is agreed that the assertion of the reservation of title does not constitute a withdrawal from the contract, unless we expressly declare our withdrawal from the contract.
